What is collected
Your name, reply email, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, preferred timing, first-tattoo status, whether an existing tattoo needs to be worked around, optional reference photo or link, and optional notes.
How it is used
The website sends your inquiry and any optional reference photo to Ci’s configured recipient through an email delivery provider. Reference photos are attached to the email and are not stored by this website. The information is used to review your request, ask follow-up questions, and discuss next steps. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment.
Who receives it
Ci receives the inquiry at his dedicated work email. The form does not use an artist-specific fallback address and fails safely if delivery is not configured.
