Your name, reply email, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, optional reference link, and optional notes.
How it is used
The website sends your inquiry to Ci’s configured recipient through an email delivery provider. It is used to review your request, ask follow-up questions, and discuss next steps. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment.
Who receives it
Ci receives the inquiry at his dedicated work email. The form does not use an artist-specific fallback address and fails safely if delivery is not configured.
